I'm on my feet a TON and I'd been out in the heat all day in heels so I was really looking forward to this. She was irritated and didn't feel like rattling them off. I said, what are my options again? She said, you want lavender. She asked which kind I wanted, I said, what are my options? She said lavender and.then trailed off. Apparently, they have a bunch of different lotions for your pedicure but they didn't tell me that until I sat down and had my feet in the water. The lady who did my pedicure was lacking bit in both customer service and technique. I wish I'd gotten their names so I could recommend the nail lady, and warn you off of the pedicure lady.

I finally asked her to stop because my skin was raw! It was not relaxing in the least and I was just ready to get out of there.The only thing preventing me from giving this place one star is the fact that my Nextgens came out great and I loved the lady who did them. You put the scrub on, scrub the skin, and then do the massage with lotion. Again, my feet take a beating because of my job being outside half the day and me wearing heels for work, so pedicures are really the only thing that keep them in check and my toddler could have done a better job.The WORST part of the pedicure though was that she massaged my legs and feet for way too long with the body scrub on. They were super visible and she was just going to ignore it. Finally, as she was about to paint my nails, I said can you please get those spots? She got a little huffy about it but did it. I was sitting there looking at my feet and thought, surely she will get these spots of skin on the tops of my feet, but she didn't. I pointed it out and asked that she try to do as much as she could for it (I paid for callous treatment) and she barely did anything for it. Particularly one callous on the bottom of my foot was bothering me. I have a lot of callouses and had some dead skin I'd pointed out.
